  3. Cuisinart SS-15P1 Coffee Center Single-Serve Brewer

Best Keurig With Timer – Keurig C K-Elite Maker

If you are looking for a single-serve k-cup pod brewer, the Keurig C K-Elite maker is an attractive option that has many features you might want for brewing your next cup.

The first thing you notice about the Keurig C K-Elite is its attractive brushed silver finish; it doesn’t look out of place on your kitchen countertop, and it has a small footprint for a Keurig with such a full feature set, and the Keurig C K Elite is absolutely packed with features like a strong brew, hot water on demand and even an iced coffee setting.

The removable 75oz water reservoir is a welcome relief for those that get tired of having to refill the somewhat small tanks on most other Keurig makers. The large capacity should allow anyone to enjoy a beverage whenever they want.

The large capacity is also important if you want to take advantage of one of this Keurig’s most attractive features, its timer function. With the timer function, you can have a hot beverage ready for you in the morning in as little as one minute, and the larger tank means you won’t have to check if it’s full before bed at night.

Keurig 2.0 Timer – Keurig K-Duo Plus Coffee Maker

Suppose you find that you love being able to brew your favorite k-pods. But you also want the ability to brew conventional drip coffee; the Keurig K-Duo Plus maker might be a good choice for you. This particular maker has the unique ability to be able to brew an up to 12-cup carafe of drip coffee while also accepting single-serve k-cup pods.

This makes the K-Duo Plus a very versatile choice as with its generous 60oz removable reservoir, you can easily go from brewing just a single k-cup for yourself to brewing a whole pot when the company unexpectedly drops by. The ability to brew drip coffee also allows you to brew cups strong or weak to each person’s individual taste.

Most crucial, of course, the dream of waking up to a fresh cup of coffee is alive; the programmable auto-carafe function allows you to set your maker to brew a fresh carafe of coffee that will be ready whenever you want and can be set up to 24-hours in advance. And for all of its features, the K-Duo doesn’t take up much room on the counter.

It has a slim profile that looks more akin to a high-end espresso machine than a coffee maker, and it hardly attracts unwanted attention when not in use. As an added bonus, it even comes with a smart-looking stainless 12-cup steel carafe that can serve all of your drip coffee. This is the best auto brew keurig ad the best keurig auto on machine!

Alternative Coffee Maker With Timer – Cuisinart SS-15P1 Coffee Center Single-Serve Brewer

The only non-Keurig branded brewer in our Keurig with timer reviews is the Cuisinart SS-15P1 Coffee Center, which features both a 12-cup coffeemaker and a single-serve brewer that is k-cup system compatible placed side-by-side As a non-Keurig branded brewer, the SS-15P1 Coffee Center has features that a typical k-cup brewer might not.

For example, this maker features not just a 60 oz reservoir on the carafe side but also an additional 40 oz removable reservoir on the single-serve side. The maker also comes with a home barista reusable filter cup. This cup functions much like a k-cup and allows you to enjoy your favorite coffee grounds in a convenient refillable single-serve method.

This can be great if you want single-serve coffee but, for whatever reason, don’t always have access to the Keurig brand cups that are needed on their own branded makers. The Coffee Center has a unique control panel which features a timer with 24-hour programmability, which is great for your morning coffee, of course; the control panel also has some features that the other models don’t feature, such as temperature control and a bold coffee option along with a self-cleaning function, all of which can be useful.

Its Cuisinart brand sticks out, and the brewer looks suitably gourmet with its high-class silver finish, and it doesn’t take up too much room in your kitchen. This is not a k cup coffee maker with timer, but is still a alternative coffee maker with a timer.

Buyer’s Guide:

Question: Can you set a timer on a Keurig?

Answer: This is a question that, unfortunately, does not have a simple yes or no answer. It depends on the specific make of the Keurig brewer in question.

Not all Keurig makers have a timer function, but many do! The timer function is not uncommon for most Keurig makers and allows the user to wake up’ the machine in the morning so that their first k-cup can brew and be ready in as little as one minute.

This feature can normally be programmed up to 24-hours in advance; some models have other more robust timer features. You will want to do your research ahead of time, however, as not all Keurig makers come with features such as timers or the ability to brew drip coffee.

Question: Does the Keurig K-Duo have a timer?

Answer: Yes, the Keurig K-Duo does have a timer feature. The ’Programmable Carafe Auto-Brew’ feature has a 24-hour clock and lets you program the K-Duo to brew up to an entire 12-cup carafe of hot coffee all by itself.

This feature also allows you to program your K-Duo up to 24-hours in advance so you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee whenever you want. The highlights of the K-Duo system are its quick heat abilities and the resulting fast brew times; the timer function only accentuates these positives.

If you are looking for other Keurig models with timers, the similar Keurig K-Duo plus is featured in our Keurig with timer reviews above.

Question: How do you set the auto-timer on a Keurig duo?

Answer: First, you will need to make sure that your K-Duo clock is set to the proper local time; you can do this by powering on your K-Duo brewer and using the H and M buttons to set the clock to the correct time. Now the BREW button should be blinking to finish; press it once to confirm that the time is correct and your clock is set.

Before you program your K-Duo for a specific brew time, be sure that the reservoir is filled to the desired level and no more than the 60 oz MAX fill line. Prepare the right amount of coffee grounds for the amount of water you have in the reservoir by placing 1 Tbsp of grounds per cup onto a paper filter, as recommended.

You should also take time to make sure the carafe is safely placed on the heating plate and place the 12-cup paper filter with grounds inside the filter basket. With the cover completely closed power on the K-Duo and press the blinking CARAFE button. After pressing the AUTO button, set the time you wish to start brewing by again using the H and M buttons; when you have set the clock to the time you wish, simply hit the BREW button once to confirm and hit BREW again to choose the proper size of the coffee you have prepared.

The setup is now complete, and you can double-check by looking for a small clock badge that will appear on the K-Duo screen or also that the AUTO button is lit up.
